She's That Girl
This new doll line from Peachtree Playthings inspires you to be bold, brave and brilliant!
New from Peachtree Playthings is a brand new doll line called She’s That Girl. This brand new range of dolls is focused on inspiring girls to be bold, brave and brilliant. She’s That Girl currently features four dolls: Reign, Quinn, Nova and Sage. The dolls are 18 inches tall and have a soft body with vinyl heads and limbs.
Reign is my favorite of the four dolls. She has some pretty cool looking dreadlocks, which look great with her light brown complexion and eyes. She’s dressed in a school girl-chic sort of look. Overall, judging by promotional photos, this doll looks cute!
From the website, “Reign is a fashion-forward creator who knows how to slay! With her infectious energy and eye for detail, this confident queen is always serving looks while inspiring her besties to embrace their inner style icon. As Reign always says, confidence is the ultimate accessory!”
Quinn is my second favorite. She has a light complexion, short brown hair done up in pigtails and amber eyes. The gamer of the group, “Quinn is a gaming mastermind with a competitive edge. This tech-savvy problem-solver is always one step ahead and no challenge is too big when she teams up with her besties.” Fashion-wise, Quinn is dressed in a red hoodie and cool cargo pants.
Nova and Sage round out the quartet. Nova’s personality is very apparent with her tie-dye shirt, cut up jeans and curly pink and brown hair. “Nova is a dreamer with a wild imagination and a world of creativity inside her. As the ultimate bestie, she helps everyone discover their artistic side and embrace their unique individuality by reminding us that –- today is a good day to be yourself!” Nova is my least favorite of the four, but I can definitely see kids loving her.
Sage has a really cute style with a black pleather jacket, white capri pants and a cool purse around her thigh. Her dark complexion looks great with her straight black hair, pulled back in a ponytale. And her cat ear headband? So cute!
From the website, “Sage is the ultimate gadget guru who transforms junk into cool inventions! She's got science down to a T and loves sharing her passion with her besties. Her dream is to create a world where tech helps everyone shine.” My only question about Sage is if you undo her hair, can she wear it down without it looking weird? I know kids are going to want to take that ponytale out pretty quick! I’d love to see her with her hair down.
From what I can tell from promo photos, this doll line seems pretty cute and I can see people who like 18 inch dolls really liking it. Priced at $69.99 at the time of this writing, they seem to be comparable to most 16”-18” doll brands on the market.
Reign is on her way to me, so stay tuned for a review of her, where I can talk a bit more about the quality of the doll line. She’s That Girl are now availale online on their official website. You can follow the line on Instagram and Facebook.
